Please see this TurboTax article to delete the child care from your tax return: How do I delete Form 2441 in TurboTax Online?

Please check if you had an amount in box 10 of your W-2, which indicates workplace dependent care benefits. If you do then you will need to complete Form 2441:

  1.  Login to your TurboTax Account
  2.  Click on the Search box on the top and type “child care"
Click on “Jump to child care”

Do you have an amount in box 10 of your W-2? That indicates workplace dependent care benefits, either workplace provide daycare or a flexible spending account. If you had either of those benefits, you must complete form 2441, even if you had no qualifying expenses. Every time you delete the form, it will just be re-created. If you have an item in box 10 of your W-2 but you did not have workplace dependent care benefits, you need to get a corrected W-2 from your employer.
