No matter what I do, each time I come to the federal review the form 2441 comes back. We don't have dependent care expenses to declare. I tried just entering zero for the amounts to make it go away, but it won't allow that either. Is there any suggestion to remedy this short of resetting and starting over?

See this TurboTax support FAQ for deleting the Form 2441 - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/small-business-processes/delete-form-244...
Do you have a dependent care benefit in box 10 of your W-2? Or did you enter one by mistake when typing or scanning your W-2? That will force the 2441 to be recreated no matter how many times you delete it.
If you did have a dependent care benefit, you must report that on your tax return even if you didn't use it. If you did not have a dependent care benefit at work, but there is a number in box 10 of your W-2, the W-2 needs to be corrected by your employer.
