Form 1040, Schedule A, line 6, Other Taxes. How does Turbotax Deluxe accomodate this entry?

I pay a San Jose, Ca Utility Users tax.  This is entered on Form 1040, Schedule A on line 6, "Other Taxes".  How does Turbotax Deluxe accomodate this deduction?  It is not an estimated tax.

Schedule A Line 6 is for entry of Other Income Taxes.  A Utility Users tax is Not an income tax so is not entered on Schedule A or anywhere else on a federal tax return.

This tax is not deductible on Federal form 1040.
