For the Nebraska Property Owned Tax Credit, Intuit only has Community College tax. Nebraska statute says school district tax elligible too. Is something missing?

The Property Tax Credit now only includes the Nebraska Community College Property Tax paid. The Nebraska School District Property Tax Paid is no longer part of the credit.

Per the Nebraska Dept of Revenue:

Taxpayers can still claim refundable credits for school district property taxes paid between 2021 and January 2, 2024 and for community college property taxes paid after December 31, 2021.

The Nebraska Form PTC for 2024 that calculates the credit has changed and only reflects the amount of NE Community College Property Tax Paid:
