For car license fees what do I put in the box for 2017 if I didn't pay any?

When I purchased my car in Oct 2016 they had me pay the registration fee for 18 months so I didn't actually pay any fees in 2017. Can I leave it blank?

You have no car registration fees to claim in 2017. Just leave the box blank.
