For a deceased person can i claim all unclaimed foreign tax credit on final filing? The person did not itemized and owes no tax on final filing.

For a deceased person can i claim all unclaimed foreign tax credit on final filing? The person did not itemized and owes no tax on final filing.
For the final return, you will claim all income and expenses and deductions and credits just as you would if the person was alive and had lived all year. If there are any excess credits/carryovers, they are lost if not used on the final return.
