federal tax paid with Federal return

I am using Home & Business for 2019.  Where do you enter federal tax paid with your Federal return?

Federal income taxes owed and paid for a prior tax year are not entered on a federal tax return.

Or are you referring to some other type of federal tax payment, ie estimated taxes paid, payment with an extension request, tax refund applied to taxes?
