ESTIMATED TAXES

I USED TURBOTAX LAST YEAR AND PAID THE EST TAXES ON TIME EACH TIME.  WHY AM I BEING PENALIZED ?  MY TAXES FOR THIS YEAR SAY I OWE $945 FOR LAST YEAR....WHY?

You may have not made sufficient estimated payments. It is hard to predict future income and plan ahead. Another possibility is that you paid more at the end rather than equal payments.
