Are you "Really"? using the Online software, as you indicated for this question?...or actually using "Desktop" software?
IF actually using Desktop software....and you see a "$0" in that interview field....then you have a "Supporting Details" worksheet associated with that field. Double-click on the field instead, and the details sheet should open up for you to make entries (or delete the sheet entirely once it pops up).

If you are using TurboTax Online, try clearing your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser such as Safari or Firefox if you're currently using Chrome and vice versa.

What is the TurboTax phone number?
Thanks for the responses. Yes, my question was answered. Nothing wrong with the software and a little embarrassed to admit that I did not double click on the cell to enter supporting data. However, in my defense, most of the program requires you to right click on a cell to add supporting data (right click does not work). I never even thought to double click.
Thanks!
Yeah, we've been complaining to TTX about that for a number of years now. So far, they have been completely silent about making it more obvious that a Supporting Details sheet was attached to a field.
A number of years ago, if there was a Supporting Details sheet attached, just the attempt to enter a value would make the details sheet immediately pop-up (IF there was one attached to that field). As they started changing the access to certain areas, that response from the software, no longer occurred...... (i.e. in any section in the interview where a blue circle first appears when starting that particular interview section.).
