Education Expenses

I am trying to enter my son's tuition expenses but was not asked for them and cannot edit the $0 that is entered.  Need help.

Go back to the Federal section of the program. 

 To enter your 1098-T information: 

1. Go to the Federal section of the program 
2. Select Deductions & Credits 
3. Select Expenses and Scholarships (Form 1098-T) and click start 
4. Select Edit to review your information for the 1098-T 
5. Or you can Add a student  if needed on this section

You must be claiming your son as a dependent in order to claim education expenses.
