Probably not.  You would need to replace the windows with new energy efficient windows.  If you upgraded to energy efficient glass, this could be considered upgrading, but if these are old windows and you just replaced the old glass with more of the same glass, it would not qualify for a credit. To claim the credit, whatever you change to must be energy star certified.
