Dependent Tution Fee Deduction

Hi All,

My wife is doing master's and I want to know whether I can claim deductions for her tuition fee and if YES then in which section I can claim that while filling tax returns. Thanks in Advance.

Try the Lifetime Learning Credit. It is not refundable, but can reduce your tax liability.

Not sure why you have the word "dependent" in your post. Your spouse cannot ever be claimed as your dependent. You file a joint tax return with your spouse.
