COVID stimulus checks

In 2019 my wife and I filed via TurboTax as we have for the past 15+ years. Due to a pension disbursement we went over the allowed $150,000 for married filing jointly to receive any stimulus checks. In 2018 as in 2020 we will be well under the allowed amount of $150,000. I was told that we will be able to claim the $2400 for stimulus check one and $1200 for stimulus check two as a tax credit on my 2020 return. Where are these amounts entered on the 2020 tax year return?

COVID stimulus checks

If you do not receive any other stimulus payments by January 15, 2021, then the stimulus payment for which you are eligible to receive will be entered on your 2020 federal tax return as a tax credit on Form 1040 Line 30.

The TurboTax program will ask about stimulus payments in the Federal Review section of the program.Stimulus Payment - Online.JPG
