"COPL" in the box 14

Hello everyone! It's the first time I'm seeing the box 14 of my W-2 being not empty - it contains "447.11 COPL" value in it, which I have no idea what it means, except for "CO" probably standing for Colorado, my state of residence. And TurboTax requires to select a respected Category from a dropdown list to clarify on the value.

If none of the categories in the dropdown menu apply, scroll to the bottom of the list and choose Other (not classified).
