Change charity Name of One Item in a donation

I donated items to multiple charities and made trips to each on several dates. TurboTax then showed a list of the dates for each charity.  I mistakenly entered one of my trips as going to Charity A instead of Charity B. Ergo, the trip shows up in the TurboTax list of trips to Charity A. How can I edit just that one trip to move it from the Charity A list to the Charity B list?

Thanks for the response, but that doesn't work.  I can only change the name of Charity A (and the list of donations made to it) to something else - so donations are listed under the new Charity name. As an example, I now have:

Charity A

 - donation #1 on 02/04/2022 (list of items)

-  donation #2 on 03/07/202 (list of items)

 - donation #3 on 06/07/2022 (list of items).

&

Charity B

 - donation #4 on 02/05/2022

 - donation #5 on 03/08/2022

Oops - donation #3 should have been listed under Charity B, not Charity A. I want to correct this, to move donation #3, and only donation #3, from the list under Charity A to the list under Charity B.

I am only given the choice to change the name of Charity A to Charity B for the entire list, which gives me:

Charity B

 - donation #1 on 02/04/2022 (list of items)

-  donation #2 on 03/07/202 (list of items)

 - donation #3 on 06/07/2022 (list of items).

which takes the list of donationsunder which the three visits no reside.

The screen is:

Review your donations to Habitat for Humanity

**Below that is a list of donations, each line being;

Date.     Type    Amount.           Edit    Delete (buttons)

The problem is that one of these lines was a donation to Goodwill, not Habitat for Humanity. Choosing "Edit" for that particular line allows me to change the date and details of the donation, but not to change the name of the charity associated with that line from "Habitat for Humanity" to "Goodwill"

At the bottom of the page is a line reading:

I need to change the name of this charity
