Carryforward of Research and Development Tax Credits from Previous Return

I am trying to find how to enter carry forward of research tax credits from a previous return in 2023.  Turbotax doesn't seem to do this automatically.  I can't enter a value on line 4 of form 3800 where they seem to belong.  Perhaps that form is not yet finalized, but when I click on the value in the form I am unable to make any entries.

Please help.

That section has yet to be completed, but you should be able to enter a carryforward on the General Business Credit Worksheet (at very bottom).
