Hello, I am filing for my 2020 tax returns and accidentally selected the option that I experienced a stillborn, which I have not. With the deadline approaching, I really need some help with this.

Where in the program was that question ??? In the federal or state section ?
If you are filing a MN return, you will want to go into your state return (select State in the left hand column after you open your tax return in TurboTax Online), and continue through the screens until you get to the screen titled "Credit for Stillborn Children". If you previously selected "Yes" you should be brought to a summary screen where you can select to Delete the entry. See sample screenshot below.

I'm sorry for your loss. But here's the basics the for federal return. (I can't help with state, and if this is a state tax issue, you never told us which state.)
If you have a certificate of live birth, then you can claim the child as a dependent on your 2020 tax return for the entire tax year.
If you do not have a certificate of live birth, then you can not claim the child as a dependent at all on your federal tax return. You would need to delete the dependent from the return entirely. See https://www.irs.gov/faqs/filing-requirements-status-dependents/dependents/dependents-10
