can't enter mortg, car registration, property taxes---something wont let me. how do I fix it????

Please clarify your question.

I don't see any other posts.  So if an agent provided an answer I can't see it.

• Are you in the Online version, or the downloaded Desktop version?
• Can you log in successfully?
• Is there a menu on the left, top or center?
• If you select Federal > Deductions and Credits Do you see options?
• Can you select one and describe what happens?
