I have two Schedule C's because I do two jobs. I have the home office deduction on one of them but not on the other. Can I take the home office deduction twice? I only use one office.

NO. you need to use a method to split the expenses. so say the square footage of HO is 300 and you spend 20% of time in one HO and 80% in the other. i would use 60sg ft for the one and 240 sg ft for the other. this is just a suggestion. the important thing is you don't deduct the same expenses twice because you have two businesses.
Prorate the time spent for each business.
