No. SSDI is not taxable if that is your only (Joint) income, so there is no income against which to deduct anything.
Once you have been on SSDI for 2 yrs, you are eligible for Medicare. In the meantime, consider filing for Medicaid. Some states also have special health insurance plans for disabled persons.
