Can I file my state and property tax refund for 2016 on here?I've already filed federal through AARP but they didn't file my state.

Why didn't AARP file state? Can you go back to them?

No. When you use TurboTax, the information flows from the federal return to the state return. The software is not written for you to prepare a "stand alone" state return. You could get the paper forms from your state and prepare them by hand, and mail them.
