Can I claim part of my utilities if my home office is less than 20% of the size of my home?
Yes, if you are eligible for the home office deduction, the percentage you can claim is the same percentage your home office covers whether regardless of size. So if your home office is 10% of the size of your home, you would get a deduction for 10% of your utilities.
