Can I claim my mom's home even though I'm not on the mortgage or deed?

My mom has very little income. She thinks I (her daughter that lives with her) could benefit more by claiming her home. I am not on the mortgage/deed. Thoughts?

do you pay the taxes and mortgage on the home ?  There is a ruling about constructive ownership which may allow you a deduction if you can prove you paid them. You may get audited and the cases have gone both ways.
