Can I choose how much to depreciate my vehicle this year? Turbo tax is entering an amount and I would like it to be less.

No, you cannot choose.  The depreciation is determined solely by what you entered about the vehicle.  While the depreciation amount is predetermined, you can change the amount expensed in any given year by lowering the amount you claimed as having used the vehicle for business this year.
