Business Expenses - If one would otherwise qualify for 'TurboTax Free Edition', is 'TurboTax Home and Business' fully-deductible as a Business Expense?

From another thread: "Yes, you can deduct the difference you paid between the version you would normally get and the Turbo... [as a business expense]".

If one, save for business income, would be using 'TurboTax Free Edition' or another free method of filing, can the good-faith argument be made that the total amount paid for "TurboTax Home and Business"/"TurboTax Self-Employed" is deductible?
