What? What does that have to do with Turbo Tax?
What file did you download? Was it a .tax or .pdf or .txt file? If it downloads as a .txt file, try changing the .txt to .pdf or use a different browser to download it. It doesn't like Microsoft Edge so use something else like Chrome or Firefox.
How to get a copy after filing
The bulk of my tax information was downloaded, but turbo taxes questions and mislabeled documents had me believing I had to ALSO download a CSV file along with what was received by Turbo Tax. The CSV file is a backup spreadsheet for reference use only, and not required to be downloaded. So there is no need to file convert into a TXF file. Very confusing, by both parties. These should be addressed, as the CSV file is labeled as a Schedule D, but the Document ID file contains the same information as the Schedule D, but is not identified as a Schedule D.
