Asking for another 1098, however my home refinance was completed on 12/20/2019. Won't let me out of the screen! I already completed the form with the current 1098

Home was refinanced on12/20/2019.  Why is it askiing for the 1098 from the previous lender?

If you refinanced in 2019 you may have had information from both of your 2019 1098's carried over into 2020.

To check your 1098's you will start with:

• Deductions & Credits
• Select Mortgage Interest & Refinancing
• Your Home
• Mortgage Interest and Refinancing (Form 1098)
• Select the record you want to change
• There is a trash can on the right hand side to clear the record
