<P>calculates simple itemized deduction wrong....customer support is so difficult to contact....even if contacted they have no knowledge to answer this....spent way too much time dealing with such incompetence</P>

The previous responses did not work. I want to select DIY and TT only lets me choose Live. I hit See Other TT products but am not allowed to select anything.
