Tens of thousands of them. About the same amount will be lost too.
For most, you no longer get a dependent deduction. However, your standard deduction has doubled.
W-2 job related expenses are no longer deductible either.

Which tax credits and deductions will be retained for 2018 Taxes?

Medical expenses for 2018 paid with out of pocket funds and not reimbursed are still deductible as an itemized deduction, same as for tax year 2017.
