The 2021 Form 2210 in TurboTax erroneously shows I owe a small underpayment penalty. The reason is that it uses the 2020 form for calculation of the penalty, with the first payment due on 7/15/2020 (the previous year), and then only includes my 4/15/2021 estimated tax payment and does not include my 6/15/2021 estimated tax payment. The 2021 Form 2210 is available on the IRS web site. When will this be corrected in TurboTax?

Form 2210 is scheduled to be ready on February 17.
For the latest form update information check Federal Individual Form Availability.
Form 2210 is not final in TurboTax. You are seeing a "placeholder" 2020 form. Draft or DO NOT FILE forms should not be relied on because they are ready.
Like 1116 and 1065 Schedule K-3, each of which can be downloaded from the IRS currently.
It appears that the 2/17/2022 Turbotax update did not correct all of the 2021 Form 2210 errors as: i) a 2020 over payment to be applied to 2021 estimated tax payments does not show up at all on the Part III penalty computation table, and ii) the quarterly payments and the 2020 over payments entered on the Tax Payments Worksheet by date, get bifurcated between two different quarters (per the Underpayment Penalty Worksheet) even though the various payments were made by 4/15/21 and 6/15/21.
Has turbo tax updated 2210 for 2021 filings? If my exile was rejected last because the 2210 calculations were incorrect. How do l correct and refill electronically?
