2019 Schedule A

I'm married and the Standard Deduction for 2019 was $24,400.  Line 9 on my 2019 1040 shows $25,700.  Under 'FORMS in MY  RETURN' there is no Schedule 'A' listed.  When I click on Line 9 to see where the $25,700 is coming from, it brings me to Schedule 'A' where my itemized deductions are $16,890.  Can someone explain what is going on?  We got a State refund for 2019 and TT for 2020 is asking if I itemized for 2019... saying that if Line 9 on the 2019 return is different than $24,400 to select 'Yes'.... I'm not sure what to do.

Thanks

MFJ:  Each spouse age 65 or older....(or if blind)...gets an extra 1300 added on to the normal 24,400 Std Ded.

    MFJ : for 2020 it's 24,800 plus 1300 for each spouse 65 or older.
