1098-T

Last year while my daughter was a dependent, we paid for her college tuition expenses and have a 1098-T.  Later in the year she married, so this year I can no longer claim her as a dependent.  Can I take the deduction?  It doesn't seem like Turbo Tax allows for this.

No, you cannot take the deduction.

Since she can no longer be claimed as your dependent since she is married, you cannot claim the education credits.  She will claim them on her own return.
