Where do I go to file my homestead through turbotax if I didn't file my 2016 taxes through turbotax?

You cannot file just the homestead credit using TurboTax.

Here are the forms and instructions from the Michigan site:

I meant to add that it was easy to find those forms on the state tax website.  Whichever state you are actually looking for will probably be just as easy to find forms for.
