How to file tax return for someone else? They are are asking questions for me and not about the other person. In the beginning it says for me to put my personal info down

I don't want to use my personal information, I'm only trying to file for someone else, please help? Turbo tax has no customer service number!

If you are trying to use TurboTax online to file someone else's return, you would need to create a separate TT account using their information. You cannot use your account to file for them.

You answer as if you are the taxpayer on the return.  You answer if you were them.  Don’t answer about yourself.  Or are you in your account?

Online is only good for 1 return.  But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts.   How to start another return in the Online version https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3288574
