No, your resident state will tax you on all your income worldwide. But, PA should give you credit on your PA tax return for taxes that are to be paid to another state. Therefore, you will need to file a NC non-resident return for the income you earned while working in the state and then a resident return for PA. TurboTax recommends that you create the non-resident return first.
