Please clarify your question. Are you asking why your refund for those states is $0 or tax owed? Is it something on a Form like your W-2?

Yes it says accepted but it says $0 as far as refund amount
Depending on what you have entered into TurboTax you may not be due a state refund.
if TurboTax previously showed a refund amount and now it does not try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.
