Why does Turbo Tax incorrectly think the W-2 shows state wage information (Boxes 15-17) for more than one state? It does not. My husband lives and works in NJ.

What is the same state @keithamber  - - this thread is referencing having different states, NY and NJ, in the state section of a w-2.

NJ.

the tread previously mentioned that there is a message stating that the W2 is from more than one state…. But it is clearly not the case.  Mine from NJ is the only one.

box1 is different than box 16 as the tread explained, but from only one stare.  Yet TurboTax assumes it’s from more than one state.

It sounds like you read Lena's answer above to leave the w2 wages and ignore the message due to the numbers not matching. If you have any other concerns, please reach out again.
