Tell us exactly what the email says when it rejects--what is the rejection code or rejection message?
My taxes are getting a rejected for both federal and state. The state has already taken$357.00 out of the 408.00 I was due. I need some hello please
Same answer as above - we cannot help unless you tell us the reject message and reject code.
It says your Utah state taxes are rejected.
says the same for federal.
You received an email that we cannot see that tells you why your tax return was rejected. What is the rejection code or rejection message? If it was rejected for AGI—-be aware that many 2019 returns took so long for the IRS to process that your 2019 AGI might not be in the IRS system. Try using zero instead.

If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
Without a description of your reject code, I cannot fully assist you. Did you receive an ACTION NEEDED! e-mail from TurboTax?
If you received an ACTION NEEDED! email from turbotax@intuit.com, it'll give you a brief explanation of your reject and how to update it. You can also sign in to your TurboTax account and select Fix my return to see your reject code and explanation. Follow any “fix it” instructions to update the information causing the rejection, and continue through to refile your return (either e-file or file by mail). However, not all rejections will have explicit guides to fixing the information.
