Information flows from your federal return to the state return. When you entered all of your income like W-2's into the federal return did you enter the W-2 boxes 15, 16, and 17? Or any other income with Ohio tax withheld?

Ohio income tax withheld goes on line 14 on form Ohio IT 1040.

In TurboTax you enter your W-2 and any 1099 form on your federal return and report your withholding as it is showing on the tax forms. Your information will flow to your state return.
