Where can I find the amount of money I owe to New York State in order to mail my payment? I don't have the amount.

You can verify the amount due for your NY State Taxes by following the steps below:

1. Sign into your Online account.
2. Go to My TurboTax at the top
3. Select My Tax Timeline
4. Scroll down to see the NY State amount due.

If you are paying the state taxes due with a check or money order. Please mail the payment along with Form IT-201-V Payment voucher https://www.tax.ny.gov/pdf/current_forms/it/it201v_fill_in.pdf.

Make your check or money order payable in U.S. funds to New York State Income Tax. Be sure to write the last four digits of your social security number (SSN), the tax year, and Income Tax on it.
