Where can I find info about College Savings plans contribution on Wisconsin section of Turbo Tax?

I want to re-check the section where they ask about College Savings contributions in Wisconsin (Edvest).

When you are in your Wisconsin return, you want to be brought back to the Income section.  Look for the screen titled "Here's in the Income that Wisconsin Handles Differently" -- then scroll down to Education and select College Savings Plan.  See sample screenshot attached.
