Usually not...usually, after you have entered ever scrap of your Federal data...you would have to go thru all of the questions in each state's part year tax return questions..in order to "allocate" what was income for that particular state.
Many times, income is not earned evenly over the year..sometimes it is grossly different....after a move, or before a move....especially when there are job changes. like No job to big $$$ job. Or big $$$ job to no job.
