My husband and I are both residents of Arizona, but lived in Kansas in 2018 because of his military assignment. How should we answer the residency questions?

When entering his personal information in the My Info section of the program where asked for resident state he should select Arizona.  Then where asked if he lived in any other states he should indicate NO since he is active military.  Also, if his military pay is his only income, where asked if he earned money in any other states he should indicate NO.

For your personal information you should also answer the same way.  Except for the question of earning money in any other states, then you should answer based on your income sources (if any).
