Did you enter her name at the beginning in My Info and say you are married filing together? The you enter her W2 and 1099s the same place and way as yours. When you first enter a W2 it asks who it is for.
To add a W2 just type w2 (small W) in the search box at the top of your return and click on Jump To the W2
OR To Add a W2 enter it under
Federal Taxes on the left side
Wages & Income
Then Wages and Salaries- Click the Start or Update button
Then if you are married you should have 2 buttons...Add w-2 for (taxpayer name) and Add w-2 for (spouse name). Click on the correct button to add a W-2.

When you were entering your personal information in the My Info section you should have selected that you were Married and would be filing the tax return with your spouse.
When filing as Married Filing Jointly, in almost every section of the program in Wages & Income will have a selection for you to to indicate who the income or form is for, by Name.
Go back through the Wages & Income section and enter your spouse's income.
