What turbotax terms should I use for NJ SWAF, NJ WDPF, and Unempl EE? None of them match exactly?

You should see NJ UI / WF / SWF listed in the box 14 descriptions in TurboTax - those would equate to the ones you have listed.  

NJ SWAF (SWF) - NJ Supplemental Workforce Administrative Fund

NJ WDPF (WF) - NJ Workforce Development Partnership Fund

Unempl EE (UI) - NJ Unemployment Insurance Fund
