What is the status of the 2018 tax rate for Arizona?

Currently we are being told that Arizona has yet to determine its 2018 tax rates. What is TurboTax's understanding of this issue? What is your advice? Will TurboTax be updated once this issue is resolved in Arizona? Currently, there is a move to postpone the filing date to June 15.

At this point, the Arizona Department of Revenue is accepting filings.  And as of now, the due date is April 15, 2019, for Arizona state returns.  There was a bill proposed last month to extend the filing deadline, but nothing has changed as of today.  Arizona (AZ)
