What is the Illinois state tax for 2017 vs 2016?
State of Illinois income tax rate increased to 4.95 percent. The Illinois Income Tax rate for individuals has increased from 3.75 percent (.0375) to 4.95 percent (.0495), effective July 1, 2017.
