Did you e-file your state tax return and was it accepted?
You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".
After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.
To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund
Ya it was actually accepted 2/13 by the state...I got a hold of them and they keep passing me around, should I amend all this because they are being shady, or it’s a lot of new higher workers ignorant of protocol, telling and talking a bunch of garbage ...it’s just sad that it seems like I’m being played...I’m still waiting for my 2018 ..they barely Two months ago sent me my 2017!! They were shady then! They kept 2013-2019, they said time expired for me to receive 2013-2014-2015-and 2016, even though they were all filed on time and they just never got around to them until the pandemic...then I got my 2019 one with HR Block, they issued my 2017 one two months ago, and then last month they finally issued the 2020...sorry all federal!!! 2013-2019 never had an issue with my state...not till this years! One of the ladies suggested really kinda weird like almost mumbling and the way she worded things! She said, so have you ever though about using a professional to help you, I said I do HR Block. She said, no I mean a professional! I didn’t get it, anyway they are so jaded !!!
