What address do we use when filing from Philippines. We lived in Nevada For 6 months in 2019 then 6 months in Philippines. We use my son's address in Oregon for Mail.

If you use your son's Oregon address to receive mail then enter that address on your federal tax return.

However, if you are going to remain in the Philippines then you should use your local address on the return so the IRS can contact you by mail if ever necessary.
