I recieve "601ERRV:4, CustHdr_12.1-?:?- Invalid Primary Date of Birth" when trying to e-file an 1120-H for Virginia.

Not sure why Date of Birth is a problem on an 1120-H form.

Efiling when using DIY programs has now closed ... you will need to print, ink sign and mail in the return.
